We desire to grow godly leaders all year long through biblically-based leadership training that will help broaden your influence, strengthen your skillset, and deepen your understanding of those you lead.

Annually, we host the CULTIVATE CONFERENCE—a 1-day, 4-hour, power-packed infusion of training, and throughout the year, we offer CULTIVATE BREAKOUTS—2 to 8-week, 1-hour focused trainings.

In this two-week Cultivate Breakout, we’ll explore the meaning of the Great Commission, the mandate Jesus gives the Church to go into all the world and preach the Gospel. Ludwig Zinzendorf (1700-1760) said, “Missions, after all, is simply this: Every heart with Christ is a missionary, every heart without Christ is a mission field.” Come and be encouraged as we hear stories from missionaries, get an understanding of what it means to be called into missions, and learn about the practical aspects of going into the mission field.

No cost or registration is required to attend the breakout.

*When dropping off your child(ren) for the 9 a.m. Kids Service, be sure to let them know you’ll be attending the Cultivate Breakout. This will notify them that you will not be picking up your child until after the breakout.
