The Great Exchange

In Philippians 4:6–7, Paul was writing a letter of encouragement to the church in Philippi. Though this was a word to them, this word is for us today as well. Just like us, this church was dealing with many pressures and worries. The only way not to worry, Paul says, is to pray about everything. Releasing our worry only happens through time spent in prayer. God wants us to exchange our worries for His peace. This is the Great Exchange—exchange my worry for His peace.
