Have a heart for worship? Your talent has purpose!

Worship Auditions are offered in person three times a year, and online throughout the year. If you play an instrument, sing, or both, we encourage you to audition. Follow the steps below to get connected.

Step 1 | Attend Next Step

• Complete all Next Step classes in order to join. Classes are offered in person every other month at 10:30 a.m. in Room 21. To Fast Track getting connected, complete the first three Next Step classes online.
• Fill out an Audition Form.

Step 2 | Audition

• After you finish Next Step classes 1, 2, and 3, and we receive your Audition Form, prepare for an online audition.
• Online Audition
  - Use the song resources on this page for your audition.
  - Use your phone, computer or camera to video yourself singing/playing over the mp3 track of the song you’re auditioning to. You will not be judged based on video quality. Just be sure you can clearly hear your audio after recording. You may need to do several takes to get a good recording/balance.

How to upload your video to YouTube:

- Go to www.youtube.com/upload
- Click the drop down menu and click “unlisted”
- Drag and drop your video, or select a file from your computer/phone to upload
- Title your video with your name and the song that you’re auditioning with
- Once video is uploaded, copy and paste the video link in an e-mail to crystalo@cvchurch.org
- Tip: If you have any problems or questions, email crystalo@cvchurch.org for further instructions.

You will receive a follow-up email within one week of your video submission. We will give you feedback about your audition and recommend next steps.
